End User License Agreement (EULA)

LLM Cost Optimizer & Document Anonymizer — Commercial Edition

1. License Grant

Rondanini Publishing Ltd grants you a perpetual, limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to install and use the Software for your internal business purposes (or individual professional use), subject to this EULA. This is a one-time purchase with lifetime access to v1.x updates.

2. Scope & Activation

• License is enforced via a signed license file; offline operation is permitted with periodic signature checks.
• Trials last 14 days. Upon expiry, optimization features are disabled; anonymizer remains available for 7 days (grace mode).
• Individual plans are for one natural person. Team/Business plans allow multiple seats per the order form.

3. Restrictions

• No resale, sublicense, or time-sharing of the Software.
• No copying, disassembly, reverse engineering, or circumvention of license controls except to the extent permitted by law.
• No use to develop a directly competing product providing automatic LLM model selection or text anonymization as a primary feature.

4. Ownership

The Software is licensed, not sold. Rondanini Publishing Ltd retains all rights not expressly granted.

5. Updates & Support

Updates and support are provided per your plan (see Pricing). Rondanini Publishing Ltd may provide patches or new versions at its discretion.

6. Data & Privacy

The Software runs in your environment; prompts and outputs are not sent to Rondanini Publishing Ltd. Telemetry, if enabled, is limited to license status and anonymized usage events (see Privacy Policy). You are responsible for ensuring lawful processing of any data you input.

7. Warranty Disclaimer

THE SOFTWARE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED.

8. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, Rondanini Publishing Ltd SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUE, DATA, OR USE. IN NO EVENT WILL Rondanini Publishing Ltd’S AGGREGATE LIABILITY EXCEED THE AMOUNTS PAID BY YOU FOR THE SOFTWARE IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.

9. Termination

This EULA terminates upon breach of terms. Your license is perpetual unless you violate these terms. Upon termination, you must cease use and delete all copies of the Software.

10. Government & Export

You agree to comply with applicable export laws and not to export where prohibited.

11. Governing Law

This EULA is governed by the laws of England and Wales. Venue: London, UK.
