• Must be requested within 30 days of purchase
• Applies to first-time purchases only
• Not available after 30 days from purchase date

2. How to Request a Refund

Include:

• Your order number or license key
• Email address used for purchase
• Brief reason for refund (optional but helpful for improvement)

3. Processing Time

• Refunds processed within 5-7 business days
• Refunded to original payment method (via Stripe)
• You will receive an email confirmation

4. After Refund

• Your license key will be deactivated
• You must uninstall the software
• You will no longer receive updates or support

No Questions Asked

We don't require detailed explanations. If you're not satisfied, you get your money back. Period.

Exceptions

Refunds may be denied if:

• Requested after 30 days from purchase
• Evidence of license key sharing or misuse
