What's the difference between Individual and Pro Individual?
Individual (£119) is for personal/non-commercial use only. Pro Individual (£179) includes full commercial use rights and priority support. Both are one-time payments.
Can I share my Team license?
Yes! Team licenses include a single shared license key that can be used by up to 10 developers in your organization. Everyone on your team activates using the same key.
How does unlimited seats work for Business plan?
Business plan includes a single license key that can be used by any number of developers in your organization. Share it internally via wiki, Discord, or email.
Do I need to renew my license?
No! All licenses are one-time purchases with lifetime access to v1.x updates. No recurring fees or subscriptions.
Can I upgrade my license later?
Yes. Contact us at luigi@rondanini.net and we'll provide an upgrade path with credit for your existing license.
Technical
Which LLM providers are supported?
Currently supports OpenAI (GPT-4, GPT-4o, GPT-3.5, etc.) and Anthropic (Claude). You can also add custom providers by defining model configurations.
Does this work offline?
The CLI and Python library work offline for optimization calculations. However, license activation and LLM API calls require internet connectivity.
What platforms are supported?
Windows, macOS, and Linux. We provide auto-installers for all platforms. Python 3.9+ required.
Can I use this in CI/CD pipelines?
Yes! The CLI outputs JSON and supports stdin/stdout, making it perfect for automated workflows and CI/CD integration.
Is the API server production-ready?
Yes. Built on FastAPI with horizontal scaling support. Deploy on your infrastructure with full data control.
Privacy & Security
Where is my data processed?
All processing happens locally on your machine or in your VPC. We never see your data. The tool runs entirely on your infrastructure.
Do you collect usage telemetry?
No. Zero telemetry. The tool doesn't phone home or track usage. Your data and usage patterns are completely private.
How does anonymization work?
Uses regex patterns to detect PII (emails, phones, IPs) and replaces them with tokens like [EMAIL_1], [PHONE_1]. You can reverse the mapping after LLM processing. Try our interactive demo to see it in action: /demo/anonymization
Is this GDPR compliant?
The tool helps you achieve GDPR compliance by anonymizing personal data before sending to LLMs. All data processing happens in your environment, giving you full control over compliance.

What support is included?
Individual: Email support (48h), Pro: Priority email (24h), Team: Email + Discord (12h), Business: Email + Phone + Discord with 4-hour SLA.
Can I get help with integration?
Team plan includes assisted onboarding. Business plan includes a 2-hour workshop and 4 hours of integration assistance.
Do you offer custom development?
Business plan customers can request custom features which we'll consider for development. Custom development projects are quoted separately.
