1. Agreement to Terms

By purchasing, downloading, installing, or using LLM Cost Optimizer ("the Software"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not purchase, download, install, or use the Software.

2. Description of Service

LLM Cost Optimizer is a software tool that helps optimize costs when using Large Language Model (LLM) APIs. The Software includes:

  • Command-line interface (CLI) tool
  • Python library
  • REST API server
  • Document anonymization functionality

3. License Grant

3.1 Individual Plans

Grants a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to install and use the Software on devices owned by one (1) individual developer.

3.2 Team Plan

Grants a license to distribute the Software to up to ten (10) developers within your organization using a shared license key.

3.3 Business Plan

Grants a license to distribute the Software to an unlimited number of developers within your organization.

4. License Restrictions

You may NOT:

  • Redistribute, sell, lease, or sublicense the Software
  • Reverse engineer or decompile the Software
  • Share license keys publicly or with unauthorized users
  • Use the Individual plan for commercial purposes

5. Payment and Pricing

All licenses are one-time purchases with no recurring fees:

  • Individual: £119
  • Pro Individual: £179
  • Team: £3,000
  • Business: £12,000

6. Refund Policy

We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee. Contact billing@rondanini.net within 30 days for a full refund.

7. Updates and Support

Your license includes free updates to all v1.x versions. Support levels vary by plan (24-48h for Individual, 4h SLA for Business).

8. Third-Party Services

You are responsible for obtaining your own API keys for OpenAI, Anthropic, and Google. We are not responsible for third-party pricing or availability.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SOFTWARE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND. We do not warrant error-free operation or specific cost savings.

10. Limitation of Liability

OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID FOR THE LICENSE. We are not liable for indirect damages or third-party API costs.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in England and Wales.
